摘要

Abstract

Hirsutella minnesotensis is a endoparasitie fungi in juveniles of soybean cyst nematodes (SCN). In this study, the effects of two H. minnesotensis isolates on population distribution of SCN and soybean growth were evaluated. Experiments were conducted to inoculate with either O. 4 g fresh mycelium of Hirsutella minnesotensis alone, 9 000 eggs of soybean cyst nematode alone, or both treatments and no-treatment in 300 cm3 autoclaved soil in greenhouse. Thirty-five days after inoculation on soybean ,the fresh weight of soybean plant inoculated with H. minnesotensis isolates 1-10 and HLJ07-21-3 increased by 30.98% and 27.66% , respectively. Hirsutella minnesotensis significantly reduced the number of SCN egg, root female incect and soil cyst. Compared with CK, isolates 1-10 and HLJ07-21-3 significantly (P < O. 05 ) decreased the densities of egg by 63.7% and 46.7%, respectively. Moreover, compared with only inoculated with SCN, they reduced the total number of nematode ( sum of eggs and J2 ) by 43.6% and 35.8% , respectively. In conclusion, isolate 1-10 could reduce the' nematode population more efficiently than HLJ07-21-3.
