摘要
Abstract
By means of OM, SEM, XRD and EPMA, the effect of boron content (0.5%-2.0%) on microstructure and properties of as-cast Mn13Cr2 high manganese steel was studied. Experimental results show that with the increase of boron content the austenite matrix is gradually replaced by ferrite, and the second phases are transformed from M3 ( C, B ) to M23 ( C, B )6 and M3 ( C, B ). The second phases show a net-like structure and boron is mainly distributed in boro-carbides (M3( C, B ), M23 (C, B )6). Meanwhile, the hardness and volume fraction of the second phase are increased with the increase of boron content, while the impact toughness presents the opposite change rule.关键词
