Abstract
Because of the low data transmission speed, unstable bandwidth, and high data bit error rate of wireless networks , it is necessary to get the support of the advanced video compressed technology and efficient transmission protocal if the clear and fluent transmission of video streaming data is needed. Although H. 264 is the first recommended video compressing standard, many media players in smrat phone don't support the H. 264 coding mode in the actual video application of cellphones. The process to realize the transplantation of H. 264 decoder into Symbian smart phones and the practical problems to which people should pay more attention are elaborated.关键词
