摘要

Abstract

In order to replace the high cost positioning control and realize the excellent cost-performance ratio of accurate positioning control system in some situations, PLC of Siemens S7-200 series is adopted as a controller. The running of 3-phase AC asynchronous motor and stepping motor are controlled to realize accurate positioning. The key technology of accurate positioning control system design and implementation was obtained by way of practice and experiment on accurate positioning control of conveyor belt and linear guide rail in cargo storage system. The schemes and PLC program to realize accurate positioning controlare presented. PLC positioning method has the characteristics of rapid, accurate, low cost and easy to realize.
