Abstract
Corrugated feeds are widely used in spaceborne reflector antenna system. Circular waveguide step and corrugated feed are analyzed based on mode-matching method in the paper.Scattering parameters of a certain waveguide step and radiation pattern of a known corrugated feed are calculated. TE and TM modes are used to analyze corrugated feeds. By comparing emulated results using Ansoft HFSS with the experimental data,the accuracy of mode-matching method is validated. It is found that Ansoft HFSS takes more than 120 minutes to calculate a certain corrugated feed while the method based on mode-matching takes only 8 minutes or so. So it has superiority of calculation speed, which can provide a fast analysis and design of spaceborne corrugated feeds.关键词
