桑椹化学成分及药理作用研究进展
Research Progress of Chemical Ingredients and Pharmacological Activities of Mulberry
摘要
Abstract
This.paper reviewed the nutritional and functional ingredients in mulberry,and its pharmacological activities by referring the literatures of latter 10 years. Aims of this paper were to give a reference to the better utilization of mulberry had abundance of nutritional ingredients,which included vitamine, mineral,protein,fatty acid and polysaccharide et al. mulberry could enhance immunity ,inhibit oxidation, prevent cardiovascular disease and anti-cancer et al. The functional ingredients were anthocyanins, non-anthocyanins phenolics, polysacharrides and resveratrols. As the functional food material, mulberry must have a more abroad application future.关键词
