摘要

Abstract

Remote sensing provides a valuable method for quantitative estimation of the regional evapotranspiration. After reviewing the progress of the RS methods for estimating ET, several frequently used models were compared and analyzed. Moreover, this study indicated some problems existing in many aspects, such as the difference between land surface temperature (LST) and aerodynamic temperature, the resistance, the current, the scale effect and the validation of the results. In order to solve these problems, several measures were suggested, including improving the precision of the calculated LST by applying the hyperspectrum, deepening the study of transforming the instantaneous surface evapotranspiration into daily evapotranspiration, using the microwave remote sensing to estimate the evapotranspiration in the rainy days, improving the precision of the net radiation flux calculation,enhancing studies in ground calibration and test remote sensing and so on.
