Determination of Aromatic Amines in Play-clay by Solid Phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
A method for the determination of nine aromatic amines in play-clay by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed. The samples were extracted twice by ultrasonic extraction by methanol, the extract was evaporated, and then concentrated solution with the reducing agent reacted 30 min at 70 ℃. After extraction using Oasis HLB SPE column, the aromatic amines were collected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The nine primary aromatic amines can be separated and determined successfully by this method. Under the optimized conditions, the respective detection limits were 5 mg/kg, the spiked recoveries of samples were in the range of 70％-110％. The method is accurate, rapid and high sensitive. It can be applied to analyze the primary aromatic amine of real play-clay samples.关键词
