Abstract
Project legal persons are endowed with the overall responsibilities of project quality by laws and regulations. However, due to the constraints of personal abilities and relative systems, it is not easy for project legal persons to fully realize their quality résponsibilities. This paper analysed the current situation of quality management, discussed the realization approaches for quality responsibility of project legal persons, and also forecasted the development prospects of quality responsibility system of project legal persons.关键词
