摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve the real-time detection of the rotating inertia from machine drive system, a ADuC812 singlechip microcomputer is taken as a core and a control circuit for other perpheral chips is used. Two circuits for SCM signal acquisition and processing, and a circuit for relay control are realized in design hardware. The dcsign method of main program flow chart is presented in software. The hardware testing results show that the circuit can implement the the real-time detection of rotary inertia rapidly and conveniently. The hardware circuit has simple structure, and the system has good linearity and low noise figure.
