Abstract
The binary mobile phase optimum composition as the three comers of the solvent triangle is calculated with the theory established by Schoemaker, which is gradient elution for rapid selection of isocratic conditions. The binary mobile phases are methanol- water, THF -water and acetonitrile water. Then, the optimization of the quaternary mobile phase composition is achieved by using the o verlapping resolution method, and finally the optimized results are used to separate the six N - ferro cenoyl - N' - arylthiourea isomeric derivatives.关键词
