The Organization and Conceptions of S-100 Univesal Hydrographic Data Model

Abstract
S-100 is developed as a geospatial standard for hydrographic data to meet the new requirements of the Hydrographic Information Standardization. This paper introduces the new conception in S-100, as the new alternative to S-57standard,and constrasts the specific content with ISO 19100 series of standards. By using a new thought of ISO,S-100 completely alignments with the international mainstream geospatial standards.关键词
