氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁症状的影响分析OACSTPCD
Analysis of Effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on Anxious-devressive Symptoms in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease
目的 探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁症状的影响.方法 将明确诊断为冠心病伴焦虑、抑郁症状的120例随机分为治疗组(63例)和对照组(57例)两组,均予心理干预及常规治疗,治疗组同时口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗.治疗2周后比较两组临床症状缓解情况,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及心律失常变化情况.结果 治疗后两组SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组较对照组下降更为明显,差异亦…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the effects of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on anxious-depressive symptoms in patients with coronary artery disease.
