Liquid Driven for Asymmetric Microelectrode AC Electroomosis Micropump
摘要
Abstract
A calculation formula of the time-average velocity of AC electroomosis micropump was gained with a equivalent circuit theoretical model of asymmetry microelectrodes. The theoretical analyses are consisten with numerical simulation results. The correctness of the theoretical model was verified. The theoretical model of the equivalent circuit provides an effective method for further research on asymmetric microelectrode AC electroomosis micropump.关键词
