摘要

Abstract

Because of high power solid-state electronics equipment in volume .performance and reliability advantages , microwave pnwer tube will gradually replace TWT is the core status in radar transmitter. With the microwave power tube application. the correct test and evaluation power tube performance has appears urgent. Microwave power tube of the characteristic parameters including DC and RF two parts, DC paramcters include: reverse hreak down voltage, reverse leakage and DC gain; RF parameters include: output power, gain, droop, collect electrode efficiency, reflection coeffiCJent, output power of 1 dB overdrive resistance of adaptation etc. This paper from the principle of microwave power transistor expounded the characteristic parameter, then, com bined DC and RF test platform , with a delailcd description of each characteristic parameter,draw test results, and the test results were analyzed.
