摘要

Abstract

Sub-sea pipeline,which developed rapidly,is an important transporting method for offshore oil & gas. Compare to overseas,we have many things to do,especially at deeper sub-sea pipeline laying. So it is urgently to develop the high efficient welding equipment for sub-sea pipeline laying. Based on the analysis about several widely used pipeline welding machines, a new automatic welding machine in all position,which will be used for sub-sea pipeline laying in "S" type was designed.In addition a series experiments were done and the experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the welder.
