摘要

Abstract

Through the study of the principle of DC chopper power supply,the author has designed a chopper power supply that use MOSFET as the main circuit switch,also do some in-depth study on its work principle.The design of the power module has solved the problem of the current of MOSFET to be balance.The modular we have designed reduces the existence of stray inductance,inhibited the MOSFET drain-source voltage spike largely.Also the experiment induces the PI parameter optimum matching,the electrical power system output has been stable, and the dynamic response time in 300 μ s, has met the design requirements basically.
