Personnel Training for Rural Tourism under the Background of Coordinating Urban and Rural
摘要
Abstract
Rural tourism is an important way for socialism new rural construction and coordinating urban and rural development, the variation of rural tourism under the background of coordinating urban and rural was analyzed from aspects of industrial model, management system, financial resources and employment structure. Some problems were pointed out, several new demands for talent quality were put forward from aspects of tourism planning, corporation management, finance, practicality employability skill, and some advices for personnel training were given.关键词
