几个稻米品种(系)中脂肪酸含量的研究
Studies on Fatty Acid Content of Several Rice
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality of oils ,and provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of rice resources. [ Method ] Using gas chromatography ,tanking Jin ChuanⅡ, Yan Fung-47 ,zhong Zuo-93, E-28 ,Jin Yuan45 as materials ,the fatty acid composition and content of fatty acid in five rice varieties ( lines ) were analyzed. [ Result] The fatty acids were mainly palmitic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid Oleic acid content of Yan Fung-47 was up to 35.7% ,and linolenic acid content of Jin ChuanⅡ was the highest ,reaching 43.1%. [ Conclusion ] The contents of unsaturated fatty acids of five rice varieties (lines) were higher,and they had a high nutritional value and development prospects.关键词
