新生代农民工创业SWOT分析
SWOT Analysis of Starting a Business for the New Generation of Migrant Workers
摘要
Abstract
The age,gender and marital status,etc. of new generation of migrant workers were analyzed from seven aspects,the new generation of migrant workers was defined. For the new generation of migrant workers group,the behaviors of starting a business for the new generation of migrant workers were analyzed by utilizing SWOT method. The result show that new generation of farmers have a higher education,better growth social and cultural environment and good national systems and policies. However,there were some disadvantages and threats,which were weak business competitiveness, double identity, and difficulties in venture capital financing. Finally, aiming at the problems existed in the entrepreneurial process of migrant workers,taking entrepreneurial strategies for the current generation of migrant workers were given, which provided guidance to better promote the entrepreneurs atmosphere under the new situation.关键词
