双侧头皮透刺电针疗法结合穴位注射治疗中风后遗症疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To ohserve the curative effects of point - through - point electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection on stroke sequelae. Methods Criteria total of 200 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group ( 100 patients ) were treated with bilateral scalp point - through - point electroacupuncture and the control group ( 100 patients ) were treated with bilateral scalp point - through - point acupuncture , both in comhination with acupuncture and acupoint injection therapy for 6 treatment courses, Efficacy of the two groups were observed and followed up for 3 months. Results Efficacy right after treatment and 3 month later in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group with significant difference ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion The efficacy of point - through - point electroacupuncture comhined with acupoint injection on stroke sequelae is preferable which improves both the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.关键词
