Abstract
Saponin extracted from tea seeds has the potential to reduce methane release and manipulate rumen fermentation.Therefore, tea saponin may be applied as an important feed additive to regulate rumen fermentation of ruminant.In this article, the structure of the tea saponins and the effect of the saponins on methane production and rumen fermentation were reviewed.关键词
