EO反应器筒体13MnNiMoR钢焊接接头腐蚀性能研究
Study on the welding joint's corrosion prpoperties of 13MnNiMoR steel alloy for fabricating cylinder of EO-reactor
摘要
Abstract
EO-reactor is the core equipment in the EO/EG multiple product processing. It has been homemade firstly in the modification item of YPC EO reacting system. The cylinder material of the reactor is high strength steel of 13MnNiMoR.To understand the corrosion properties of EO-reactor cylinder material in the working medium,the microstructures of 13MnNiMoR weldment and the electrochemistry corrosion tests which are concerned on different zone metal of 13MnNiMoR steel weldment have been done in the boiler water. The test results indicate that values of Ecorr and the polarization curves of 13MnNiMoR weldment are different. The resistance of different zone metal in weldment is tightly connected with their microstructure. In the same testing solution,heat-affected zone always shows the max corrosion current density. Those of base metal are the minimum.关键词
