Design and motion simulation of automatic welding actuator for special-shaped pipeline welding robot
摘要
Abstract
Based on the self-researched all position pipeline welding robot,an automatic welding robot used for special-shaped pipeline is researched combined with the characteristics of sylphon beilowss.The system includes line-up clamp,welding/cutting control system, automatic welding/cutting system、automatic welding/cutting actuator. Automatic welding actuator is designed and simulated by MATLAB to verify it effective in this paper,lay the foundation for welding automation of special-shaped section pipeline.关键词
