治萎防变胶囊对气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠生长抑素和免疫功能的影响
Effect of Zhiweifangbian Capsule on Somatostatin and Immune Function in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Rats with Qi-deficiency and Blood-statsis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhiweifangbian Capsule on somatostatin in gastric tissue and serum, thymus and spleen index in chronic atrophic gastritis rats with qi-deficiency and blood-statsis,and explore its mechanism.Methods Model of chronic atrophic gastritis was established with synthetic method.Sixty rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Weimeisu group and high dose of Zhiweifangbian, middle dose of Zhiweifangbian, low dose of Zhiweifangbian group, and given corresponding drugs.The levels of somatostatin in gastric tissue and serum, thymus and spleen indexes of each group were detected.Results In model group, levels of somatostatin in gastric tissue and serum were much higher than those of normal group (P＜0.01), thymus and spleen indexes much lower than that of normal group (P ＜0.05).Compared with model group, Zhiweifangbian Capsule could decrease the content of somatostatin in gastric tissue and serum (P＜0.05), and increase spleen index (P＜0.05) significantly.Conclusion Zhiweifangbian Capsule has functions of strengthening immune function, promoting somatostatin and gastric acid secretion, ameliorating gastric mucosal blood supply.关键词
