金玄痔科熏洗散抗炎有效部位中木犀草素的含量测定
Determination of Luteolin in the Anti-inflammatory Effective Substance Parts of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of Luteolin in the anti-inflammatory effective substance parts of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan.Method HPLC-UV method was performed on a Venusil XBP C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.4％ phosphoric acid (60∶ 40) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, and at the column temperature of 35 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 350 nm.Result The linear range was obtained between 0.02 and 0.23 μg (r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.3％ with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.71％.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, with good reappearance, and provides the basis for controlling the quality of the anti-inflammatory effective parts of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxisan.关键词
