训练方式对大鼠空间学习、记忆的影响
Effects of training modes on spatial learning and memory in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efFects of short-tenn reinforcing training and long-term training on spatial leaming and memory in male adult rats. Methods Sixteen healthy male adult rats were randomly divided into short-term reinforcing training group and longterm training group. In long-term training; group, four trails per arumal per day were performed for 5 days. In short-term reinforcing training group.20 trails were performed in only one day. Then long-term memory was tested at 7 d after Fmishing che training. Results During Morris water maze training,no significant difference was found in the spatial leaming ability between two groups. But the longterm memory in long-term training group was superior to that in short-term reinforcing training group( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion Both short-term reinforcing and long-term training with the same number of trials can equally improve spatial leaming; capacity. However,only long.term tmining, but not short-term reinforcing training,can form the long-term memory.关键词
