摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the influence of low dose urokinase on the coagulation and fibrinolytic system for the patients with transient ischemic attack. Method :56 patients with transient ischemic attack in our hospital from October 2007 to October 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group ( rourine treatment group ) and observation group ( routine treatment combined with low dose urokinase group ), each with 28 cases, then the attack times in 3 days and 7 days,duration and coagulation and fibrinolytic system before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Result:The attack times in 3 days and 7 days of observation group were less than those in observation group, duration was shotter than that of control group, serum APIT and PT were longer than those of control group, FIB and PAl were higher than those of control group, DD and t-PA were lower than those of control group, there were significant differences. Conclusion:The low dose urokinase. can improve the coagulation and fibrinolytic system of the patients with transient isehemic attack.关键词
