中老年人群血尿酸水平与甘油三酯关系的研究
Association between serum uric acid and triglyceride in middle age and elderly population
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the association between serum unc acid and triglyceride in middle age and elderly population in longevity areas of China. Methods According to the cross-sectional survey data of China' s health and longevity factors.the complete dato of 1 932 cases were analyzed. The cases were divided into four groups according to the aerum uric acid quartile. Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between serum uric acid levels and incidence of hypertriglyceridemia. Results The prevalence of hypemiglyceridemia significantly increased with the increased level of serum uric acid among both male and female. After adjusting gender,age,obesity, and hypertention with logistic regression models, the rusults indicated that the odds ratio for hypertriglyceridemia as compared with the lowest quartile of serum uric acid was 1. 900( P = 0. 313 3 ) for the second quartile ,2. 786 ( P = 0. 021 ) for the third quartile , and 4. 035 ( P ＜ 0. 000 1) for the highest quartile. Conclusion Serum uric acid level is associated with triglyceride independent of age . obesity , hypertension and diabetes.关键词
