摘要

Abstract

Agarases A and B were separated and purified by salting-out, molecular sieve, and ion exchange from fermentation broth of marine bacteria Agarivorans albus NBRC102603.The obtained enzyme agarase A was purified 17.6 folds with specific activity of 881.82 U/mg, while agarase B was purified 16.64 folds with specific activity of 838.2 U/mg.The enzymes were identified to be homogeneous by SDS-PAGE.The molecular masses were 8.36 × 104 and 3.68 × 104, respectively.
