一种新型聚羧酸系水煤浆分散剂的合成及性能研究

Abstract
A novel polycarboxylic coal water slurry dispersant was prepared by solution poly-merization of polyethylene glycol-itaconic acid ester and styrene sulfonate and methacrylic acid as monomers, with K2S2O8 as initiator. The macromolecular polymer was characterized and analyzed by IR, TG-DTA. The effects of the monomer ratio, reaction temperature initiator usage on the dispersant's performance were investigated, which confirmed the optimal reaction condition. The result showed that, when the concentration reached 68% of the CWS, the apparent viscosity would be 968.33 MPa · s.关键词
