205例224眼眼球钝挫伤眼底荧光造影分析

Abstract
Objective: To explore the image manifestation of fundus fluorescence angiography in checking the eyeball contusion. Method: A retrospective study on data of 224 eyes of 205 cases with eyeball contusion were reviewed, all patients were tested by fundus fluorescence angiography, and gathered the data for final analysis. Result: After inspection, of all patients, 158 eyes were mixed damaged (70.5％ ), 66 eyes idiopathic damaged 129.5％ ). Conclusion: Most cases with eyeball contusion are mixed damaged, it is common in posterior pole, fundus fluorescence angiography can identify the scarred level and area, providing guidance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
