基于模糊综合评价模型的城市土地集约利用潜力评价——以河南省平顶山为例
Evaluation of intensive use potential of urban land based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation model——A case study in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province

Abstract
[Objective] The present study used the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate the intensive use potential of urban land in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, China, in order to provide scientific references to relevam studies.[Method]Sixteen indices have been selected to construct an index system for evaluating the intensive use potential of urban land with respect to urban land use structure, input intensity, utilization intensity and utilization efficiency. The indexes were weighted by using tne method of analytic hierarchy process. Based on tne weighted indexes, fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was used to evaluate the intensive use potential of urban land. [Result]The value of intensive use potential of urban land in Pingdingshan City was calculated as 0.4107 which fell between the second and third grade, slightly more closer to second grade (0.45 unit). [Conclusion]The urban land in Pingdingshan City showed geater inensive use potential. The positive factors that affected the intensive use potential of urban land were as follows: urban land use structure (including the proportion of industrial and warehousing land and proportion of housing land), input intensity (including fixed investments per unit land area) and utilization efficiency (industrial output per unit land area and the second and third industrT output per unit land area).
