摘要

Abstract

In view of practice of steelmakin8 with semi-steel at Yuxi steel Co..Ltd., mechanism uf lining erosion was researched, optimizatiori and improvement of steelmaking with semi-steel were carried out.The results show that smelting splash ratio is decreased from 33% to 14.8% through optimization of oxygen-supply system, final slag basicity is decreased from 5.06 to 4.03 and MgO content of final slag is increased from 7.8% to 13.1% through optimizatian of making-slag process.tapping temperature is decreased to 1665 ℃ and proportion of end C which is less than 0.03% is reduced significantly through optimization of temperature and smeling - end control.Through the optimization of steel-making with semi-steel, technical and economic indicators of steelmaking are improved, fettling frequency is decreased significantly, service life of BOF is up to 8 554 heats , operatinS rate of canverter is increased from 56.2% to 61.3 %,stability of steel-making production is ensured.
