Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combining montelukast in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children. Method: 80 cases patients with asthmatic attack were divided randomly into the observing group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). Two groups received routine therapy. Nebulization of budesonide combining oral montelukast was given to the patients in treatment group. Result: The therapeutic time and control rate of dyspnea, wheezing, moist rale and cough in the observing group were better than in the control group, there was significant differences ( P＜0.05 ); There was no severe adverse effects in two groups. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to treat asthmatic attack in children with nebulization of budesonide combining oral montelukast, and it is worthy of apphying in clinical practice.关键词
