摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of fetal echocardiography in diagnosis of congenital heart disease. Method: Fifty fetus with congenital heart disease underwent fetal echocardiography examinations. During the examination, different views were observed, including fetal upper abdomen, fetal fourchamber, fetal left and right ventricular outflow tracts, and fetal short axis view of great artery as well as aortic arch. Result: Among cases of fetal congenital heart disease,delete 30 cases were complex malformation delete combined extracardiac malformation: 12 cases were ventricular septal defect ;8 cases were atrial septal defect. And the results of echocardiography follow-up after the induction of labor or antopsy findings were with the prenatal diagnosis. Conclusion: Fetal echocardiography is an accurate and safe imaging method in early diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.关键词
