Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Forty SLE patients were chosen and they were divided into intervention group and non- intervention group with 20 patients in each group.Non- intervention group received routine sanitation knowledge, while the other group was treated with nursing intervention pertinently.After 6 months, these patients’ life quality was compared according to the standard of QOL- C30.Results Intervention group was better than the non- intervention group in physiological ability, social ability, substantial pursuit and the ability of arranging the future.There was statistical significance with the difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The life quality of SLE patients in intervention group was improved more, and nurse intervention made good effect on the life quality of SLE patients.关键词
