综合治疗慢性盆腔炎145例分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of complex treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by using both chinese and western medicine and as well as microwave. Method: 290 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, 145 patients in the treatment group and the other 145 patients in the control group. Patients in the control group were given broad-spectrum antibiotics treatment only. The treatment group was given traditional chinese medicine treatment and microwave therapy on the basis of that. Result: The overall curing rate of the treatment group(92.41％ ) was obviouslyhigher than that of the control group ( 80％ ) , and in the treatment group, the uterine or accessories tenderness, adnexal mass, pelvic fluid, abdominal pain' s improvement was significantly better than those in the control group, The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment has a significant curing effect for chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.关键词
