Abstract
Objective: To analyse and prevent the complications of 2350 cases who were treated with transurethral vapor-resection of the prostate (TUVRP). Method: Transurethral plasmakinetic vapor-resection of the prostate was used in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. And explored the analysis and prevention complications of all cases during and after surgery. Result: As TUVRP is a simple way to master, it is easy for beginners to highly estimate its safety, which causes complications at times. Conclusion: Surgeons,especially beginners, ought to have much experience in cystoscopy and be familiar with urethral disssection as well as being skilled in open surgery. Besides, they should not only master prostatic disssection, cause and treatment of TURS, and how to prevent and dispose of various complications, but also carry out the rules of TUVRP strictly so as to avoid and reduce the complications.关键词
