摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate reasons and nursing interventions on prevention for pulmonary infection existed in long - term elder bed patients. Methods We acquired the nursing interventions according to the retrospective study and analysis on long - term bed patients who were complicated by pulmonary infection from January in 2009 to November in 2010. Results Longterm elder bed patients had high - rate incidence of pulmonary infection, which was not only associated with age, time in bed, severity of disease and aspiration of sputum, but also associated with gullet reservation, incision of tracheal, medication and medical setting. Conclusion Life quality can be elevated and mortality can be lowered to the long- term bed elder patients due to all kinds of nursing interventions.关键词
