摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions on Thalidomide combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors. Methods From June 2007 to December 2009, 35 patients with malignant tumors were treated by thalidomide combined chemotherapy treatment, and the short - term clinical efficacy and side effects were observed. Resuits Therapeutic efficacy of thirty - five patients was 54.3 ％, and clinical benefit rate was 94.3 ％. Varying degrees of gastrointestinal tract, blood system and skin reactions occurred. Among 35 patients, life quality improved in 19 patients (54.3％), normal sleeping occurred in 20 cases (57.1％ ), and body weight improved in 17 cases (48.6 ％ ). Conclusion Thalidomide combined with chemotherapy for cancer is generally effective with light side effects and patients' compliance is good.关键词
