摘要
Abstract
Objective A novel nano-hydroxyapatite/type Ⅰ collagen/chitosan(nano-HA/COL/CS) scaffolds was fabricated for bone tissue engineering. Methods An in situ synthesis method was applied in fabricating the scaffolds in stead of mixing HA powder with COL/CS solution, and then a freeze-drying method was used to fabricate porous scaffolds for bone tissue engineering. Results It was easier to get a homogeneous mixture of two solution systems than of solid powder and solution. The better surface energy of apatite leads a better stability of the scaffold. Conclusion Then scaffolds were irradiated by UV to enhance the mechanical strength. The scaffold we prepared could meet the needs of bone tissue engineering with its enhanced mechanical strength.关键词
