秋水仙素诱导铁皮石斛多倍体研究

摘要
Abstract
Protocorm are merged into different concentrations of colchicine solution for different time. Results show that: 1. Colchicines restrain the growth of protocorm,specially to roots. 2. Higher concentrations of colchicine or longer time is necessary for colchiploid, because the Protocorm is a integrate embryoids and the tolerance is stronger. 3. Most of the colchiploids induced are not euploid in this experimentation. The variation rate acquired by Ploidyanalysis is higher than morphologic observation. (4)After treated by colchicine,some of seedlings' term become tubbiness and forfication, some of seedlings' leaves become sawtooth or smaller and thicker.关键词
