Abstract
Objective To investigate factors influencing medical compliance in patients on anti-hypertensive therapy so as to provide evidence for improving medical compliance in such patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with confirmed diagnosis as primary hypertension were collected from our hospital and investigated by filling out questionnaires on their medication and the relevant factors of the disease.Then the results were analyzed by using Logistic regression.Results The compliance rate in primary hypertension patients was 29.38 ％, which could be affected by seriousness of the disease, knowing of the disease by patients, and the frequency of seeing a doctor (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion To provide them with health management and health education could promote the cognition of patients toward the disease, and enhance the compliance of primary hypertension patients.关键词
