Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical treatment effect for acute cerebral infarction by Sbu Xue Ning and the extract of ginkgo leaf combined with hyperbaric oxygen. Methods 230 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into Group A ( n = 100) treated with Shu Xue Ning combined with hyperbaric oxygen, Group B ( n = 80) treated with Shu Xue Ning and conventional treatment and Group C ( n = 50) treated with hyperbaric oxygen and conventional treatmem. The treatment course of each group was 15 days, two courses. The neural function defect scale, blood rheology change and clinical treatment effect of the three groups before and after treatment were observed, compared and evaluated. Results The effective rate of Group A, B and C was 89.0％ (89/100), 80.0％ (64/80) and 72.0％ (36/50) respectively. The neural defect scale and blood rheology parameters were lowered at certain degree, Group A was the best, Group B was the better and Group C was the least. The combination of Sbu Xue Ning and hyperbaric oxygen had synergic action. Conclusion The combination of ginkgo leaf extract and Shu Xue Ning with hyperbaric oxygen has obvious treatment effect for acute cerebral infarction so it can be widely used.关键词
