孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Montelukast on infant bronchiolitis. Methods Seventy- six infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups,one was observation group ( n = 38), the other was control group ( n = 38). The treatment of Montelukast group consisted of both regular therapy and Montelukast therapy, with Montelukast added ＜ 1 years 4 rng/d scheffe taken one time, ＞ 1 year old 4 mg/d, every night taken one time, till symptoms disappeared. Pant, cough, wet detect rales degree and the duration were observed. Results The cure rate of the Montelukast group was 97.37 ％, and that of the regular therapy group was 84.20 ％. Montelukast observation group was superior to the regular therapy group in relieving symptoms and shortening the duration of wheezing and cough. The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion As a new non - hormone anti - inflammatory agent the Montelukast is one of the effective agents and is convenient to use in treating infant bronchiolitis and seems promising in clinic practice.关键词
