摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical management of re operation for breast cancer thoracic wall relapse in local wound surface repair. Methods Totally 23 patients were respectively treated with the surgical management of adjacent skin flap transfer,latissimus dorsi muscular flap and rectus abdominis muscular flap to repair wound surface. Results We got a satisfying outcome in skip flap transfer and wound surface repair. Conclusion According to the different conditions of patients,we should choose the correct skip flap or muscular flap to repair thoracic wall wound surface for breast cancer thoracic wall relapse re operation.关键词
