TMSCl催化下芳香醛与α-溴代苯乙酮的Darzens缩合反应
Darzens condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes with α-bromo ketones catalyzed by TMSCl
摘要
Abstract
A series of epoxide compounds catalyzed by TMSCl are synthesized by Darzens condensation reaction of aldehydes and a-bromo ketones in the presence of Mg and ethanol. The structure of the products are characterized by IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR. The reaction has the advantage of simple working-up procedure, mild reaction conditions, excellent yields and meets the requirements of green chemistry.关键词
