α-二亚胺Ni(Ⅱ)配合物/二乙基氯化铝催化乙烯聚合的研究
Polymerization of ethylene catalyzed by α-diimine Ni( Ⅱ ) catalyst/diethylaluminium chloride
摘要
Abstract
A new α-diimine compound and its corresponding Ni( Ⅱ )complex, { bis [N, N'-(2, 4-dimethylphenyl) imino] acenaphthene} dibromonickel are successfully synthesized and characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, elemental analysis, FT-IR and XPS. Ethylene polymerization catalyzed by nickel (Ⅱ )complex 2/DEAC system is investigated. The influence of reaction parameter(temperature and Al/Ni mole ratio) on polymerization of ethylene is evaluated. The polymers are characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR, GPC, TG, DSC. Results show that the catalytic system displays high catalytic efficiency(1.61 × 107 g PE/(mol. Ni. h. MPa), and the polymers are highly branched (119 branches/1000 C).关键词
