弱光下不同贮藏温度对黄瓜穴盘秧苗质量的影响
The Effect of Different Storage Temperature on Quality of Cucumber Plug Seedling under Low Light Stress
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment ,we studied the growth and physiological changes of cucumber seedlings by different storage temperatures ( 15℃/12℃, 12℃/9℃ ) under low light stress, and greenhouse condition was set as the control.The result showed that the cucumber seedlings treated under 12℃/9℃ had less increase in dry weight,the ratio of root/shoot changed slowly,root activity had the trend of delay than the other two treatments,and chlorophyll content was higher than that treated under 15℃/12℃. When the seedlings were transplanted to the field,the plantlets treated under 12℃/9℃ had faster growth, higher survival rate and earlier flowering time. The current study indicated that the optimal storage temperature for the cucumber seedlings was 12℃/9℃.关键词
