摘要

Abstract

In this experiment ,we studied the growth and physiological changes of cucumber seedlings by different storage temperatures ( 15℃/12℃, 12℃/9℃ ) under low light stress, and greenhouse condition was set as the control.The result showed that the cucumber seedlings treated under 12℃/9℃ had less increase in dry weight,the ratio of root/shoot changed slowly,root activity had the trend of delay than the other two treatments,and chlorophyll content was higher than that treated under 15℃/12℃. When the seedlings were transplanted to the field,the plantlets treated under 12℃/9℃ had faster growth, higher survival rate and earlier flowering time. The current study indicated that the optimal storage temperature for the cucumber seedlings was 12℃/9℃.
